Every summer and fall, the OYOU becomes a creative home for people of all ages and abilities. It’s a place where music is shared, stories are written, art is explored, and community is built. A young songwriter finds their voice in a workshop. An songwriter or instrumentalist connects with others for the first time. A child in our OYOUth program discovers confidence through creativity. And through SongBuddies, individuals with special needs experience the joy of music, connection, and self-expression in a way that is uniquely their own. These moments don’t happen by accident. They’re made possible by people who believe that creativity should be accessible to everyone. This May fundraiser helps us bring these programs to life: online and in-person events, workshops, song circles, concert series, Tammi Fest, performances, and inclusive experiences that reach far beyond a single stage. When you support the OYOU (Own Your Own Universe), you’re not just funding events, you’re opening doors, building community, and helping creativity thrive where it’s needed most.
